Valid registration re-issued to your plate

With your submission

  • Clear photo or scan of the front of your valid Maryland driver's license or state-issued ID (and co-owner ID if applicable).
  • Current registration card or plate number so we can match the vehicle.
  • Damaged sticker or card, if you still have it.
  • Proof of insurance when we request it for processing.
  • Police report if the sticker or card was stolen.
